1. Why open an account?
A free Ling's Amethyst account allows you to:
1) Place your order. You can find the wholesale for some items.
2) Take part in the special offer activities
3) Save addresses in your address book.
4) Check and track your order status.
5) Write reviews, and rate other reviews.

2. Change Account
 After logging in, you can see My Account on the top of lingamethyst.com. You can go to change my profile to change your email address. Password and shipping information can be changed in the list of Change Password and Contact Information.

 
3. Can I change my default address, and user name?
Yes. Your address and personal information can be changed at My Account after you log in. 
 
4. What if I forgot my password?
If you've forgotten your password, click Forgot Your Password when log in. Please enter your email address and we will send you a password reset request email, please click the reset link in the email to reset your password. 
   (*Your email account might blocked our email, please add our domain lingamethyst.com to white list.
   *Your email account might misjudged our email as spam, please try checking if the activation email is in your email spam folder.)

5. How can I subscribe to Ling's Amethyst newsletter?
You can simply enter your email address and click "subscribe" at the bottom of any page. 

 

Ordering


1. Can I add an item to the order that I just created?
Yes, but you need to add it before your order is packaged for shipment. Contact us and we will do it for you. In the meantime, placing a new order is likely faster and easier. You can either let the new order ship separately, or request to combine your two orders.

2. Can I change my shipping address/method after placing an order?
Yes. Please let us know and we will try to have your delivery details changed. Please note that the packages that have already shipped cannot be changed.

3. In what currency are Ling's Amethyst prices displayed?
All prices listed on our website are in US dollars.

4. What are all the order status? 
(1)Awaiting Payment: Payment hasn't been received.
(2)Awaiting Confirm Payment: For the Western Union payment and other offline payment methods, the staff must confirm the correct amount after the payment, please be patient.
(3)Payment Wrong: Due to insufficient balance, abnormal credit card information, etc., the payment cannot be executed normally. Please contact us
.
(4)Awaiting Shipping: Payment has been received. Order will be shipped after processing.
(5)Shipment shipped: Order has been shipped. The tracking number will be valid. 
(6)Received: As the tracking information shown, order delivered.
(7)Cancelled: Order has been cancelled.

5. How do I cancel my order?
Please contact us directly. And we will cancel and refund your order for you. Please note that the packages that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.

6. The item I want to buy is out of stock. How could I do?
Please contact us.

 

Shipping

 
1.How long it will take to arrive?
It usually take 2-4 weeks to arrive. More or less depends on the carriers and customs in countries.


2. How come my tracking number doesn't work?

We send shipment notification and tracking numbers as soon as we ship your order. Tracking numbers will likely not show any result before carriers have a chance to do an initial scan to those packages. There may be be a week's delay. When the packages leave China, there will be the first information updated. Any information during the transfer or custom checking will not be uploaded. I also cant track. If you want to know, please contact me. And I will contact my carrier to ask the details.

3. How long does it take for orders to get sent?

There are 3-7 business days for processing. Once we send the package, we will upload the tracking number.  

4. What are the available Shipping methods?

Post Parcel, like USPS(USA),  Canada Post(CA),  Australia Post(AU), Deutsche Post(DE) and so on.

5. What should I do if something is damaged from my order?

Please do not throw away anything, including the order's packaging. And please contact us with picture within 48 hours of delivery.
