Order tracking
To facilitate every customer to track and avoid unnecessary dispute, we will try out best to offer valid tracking number. Whenever the order status is changed into “Shipped” status, there will be tracking number uploaded. You can find the tracing number in you order information. When we ship the package, we will also remind you and tell you the tracking number. The information may be delay and affected by the holiday or weekend. So, if you can’t track, please contact us. We will tell you the information ASAP. Besides, the tracking number may be changed by the post office or logistics company. If so, we may update once we get the number.
